Return Policy for Hair Growth Oil

Due to the Nature of our Products

All Sales Are Final.

Under the condition a bottle is replaced,  you will receive a replacement to the dollar amount closest to what you paid for. Any discrepancies with shipping should be handled with the  shipping carrier. 

 

Return Policy for Wigs

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your wig a refund is available if the wig is new and in the same condition you received it in. That means it hasn’t been used, there is no product in it and it hasn’t been manipulated in any capacity. You can return it at your own expense and receive a 65% refund. The other 35% will be for our labor because myself and my teams time is very valuable and will not be wasted. When we receive the wig our team will inspect it to make sure it is in the same new condition. Once that is affirmed, accounting will approve a 65% refund of the original price. The refund will be refunded the same way the money was received.

Note: In choosing to return the item, you are also agreeing that it is your responsibility for all fees included for returning the package. You are also agreeing that the company ECW Beauty is not held liable for any lost, stolen, and undelivered packages and a refund will only be given in the condition that the tangible product has been received and in new condition. ECW Beauty is also not responsible for any damages the wig couple receive will traveling to its destination. Any damages could result in no refund. A refund will only be given in the condition that the tangible product has been received and in new condition. 

Another option is that, you can keep the wig and receive a 35% refund of the original price the same way the money was given. Choosing this options means that any issues you might have has are now resolved
